Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy will help the passengers with their change of plans.

1. Users can cancel their orders until two hours prior to their actual delivery time. For example – If your actual delivery time is 21:00 hrs (9:00 PM), then the user can cancel their order only before 19 hrs (7:00 PM) on the same day and not after that.

2. The cut off time in terms of bulk / group orders is also the same as the above.

3. To our loyal customers who would want to cancel in extreme circumstances, cancellation of the orders is applicable for the passengers who have their login credentials and/or verify their registered mobile number(s) and/or order ID. In rare cases where user is unable to access either of the tools, our team would first verify the user through some basic questions and then process the cancellations.

4. Any change in order will apply cancellation of the actual order, and therefore a new order ID will be generated.

5. In the event of no show from the customer at the time of delivery, it’ll be treated as cancelled post 2 hour cut off time and customers will not be eligible for any refund.

6. An SMS will be sent to the customers on the event of cancellations of orders at the mobile number shared by the customer with Relfood. In the event that no SMS is received, customers are advised to call our help line number 0866-6677701 for confirmations.

Refund on Cancellations on Pre-paid Bulk (Group) order Bookings:

We provide additional discounts for bulk / group order bookings to our customers, and moreover we believe that our customers also would understand that it takes lot of preparation and co-ordination for delivering food to a large number of people. Therefore, if the payment is made by the customer in advance then he may be eligible for refunds as per following terms.

1. Customers are eligible to cancel their orders on or before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time mentioned in IRCTC receipt.

2. Orders for which payment is already made, full refund will be available for customers who have made cancellation before 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.

3. Refund process may take 3-4 working days from the time our agents initiate the procedure.

4. In case of all orders booked by customers themselves through our website, all refunds would take place in the accounts used by customers for order booking.

5. In case of all orders booked through our authorized agents, all refunds will be available from the same agent only.
