How do I start ordering from my favourite restaurant?

It is easy to order food online in train from Relfood. Visit our website or download our mobile app from Google Play Store (for Android version).The food ordering process is simple. Just enter the 10-digit PNR number; the website will redirect you to the next page where the passenger has to select their boarding station. Once the boarding station is selected, the interface will display the station name with the partner restaurant and its food menu. Select the food items to order and add them to cart. The interface will redirect you to the payment page where options like Debit Card/Credit Card/Internet Banking/Paytm are available for payment. Select our payment method and place your order. You will receive order confirmation SMS and email for the same. It’s all set! You will receive your order on your berth.

Is there any booking charge ?

No. There is no booking fee for ordering food from Relfood. However, a minimum delivery charge is applicable for some locations, which might vary from location to location.

Is there any food delivery charge?

No, delivery of food is free. We deliver the food without any delivery charge.

Is there a guaranteed delivery time?

The time of delivery depends on the actual train running status. Relfood tracks trains in real-time and coordinates with the restaurant to make sure that you receive the food ordered by you at your seat when the train stops at the station you have selected.

Please note that the restaurant will deliver the food to you. Relfood is not responsible for the delays in the schedule of the Indian railway.

Will I get my order when the train is late?

We track your train running status to make sure we can deliver you hot and fresh food at your seat. In case your train is delayed by more than 2 hours, our customer care executive will call to confirm if you are still interested in receiving your order. In case your train is scheduled to reach the delivery station beyond restaurant operational timings (usually 7 AM to 10 PM), your order will be automatically cancelled and our customer service executive will inform you.

What if internet connection is lost at any step in between ?

It might happen that you’re crossing through a low network coverage area and your order can’t get complete. In case you have received confirmation SMS, your order is booked. If you did not receive the order confirmation SMS, your transaction did not complete and order is not placed. You need to place the order again either online or call our customer support at 8102202203 to assist you in completing your order.

I Don't have access to the internet. Can I still use your services?

Yes! We’re just a call away! Dial 8102202203 and place your food order. The customer care executive will ask your PNR number to check the train running status after which you can place your order for your desired station. You can pay cash on delivery for your food order placed through the phone.

Which app delivers food in trains?

Relfood is one of the best apps for food on trains. Relfood App delivers all varieties of restaurant food in train. You can download Relfood app free from Google Play

How will a customer know that his order is booked?

At the successful booking of every order, an order ID is generated which is sent to your registered mobile number through an SMS. All registered customers are also sent an email for the same.

Who delivers food to the customers on trains?

Food is delivered by the quality restaurants RELFOOD has tied up with across India. For example – If your food is booked to be delivered at Bhopal, then the restaurant at Bhopal in our network will deliver that order to you, right at your seat. However, at some stations delivery boys appointed by IRCTC and Relfood deliver the order. All the delivery boys carry a valid ID card issued by IRCTC post background checks of the delivery boys.

Can a customer cancel or change his order?

Nothings permanent in this world, and we completely understand that our customers can also feel like changing their journey plans or may get tempted to order something different. We allow our customers to cancel or change their 2 hours before the previously decided delivery time or 8pm on any working day, whichever is earlier. We advise you to please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
